We are a small group located in Omaha, Nebraska, and few of our brothers and sisters join us online from around the globe. Jesus Christ has brought each one of us from different points of life to experience His grace and mercy, to make us grow in Him, in love and in holiness. [Link to a testimony]
As Christ’s love compelled us and has laid upon our hearts to reach out to people in need of hope and a savior from sin, addictions, depression, bad relationships, bondage, guilt etc, to sum up, lust of eyes, flesh and pride of life. Through the inspiration of the Word of God which says, "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? Romans 10:14 NKJV”, we want to extend our fellowship with you. 2 cor 5:18-21
We follow the Lord to love, honor and serve Him in His terms and not as we see fit. "For I desire mercy, and not sacrifice, and knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. Hos. 6:6 NKJV." To get there, we've learned that the Word of God alone can help us. “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:12”.
We believe that the promises of Christ in the new covenant are pertaining to eternal life in Him alone and not any earthly promises as most of Christendom is claiming today. In fact, Christ Himself and the apostles suffered in this world for love of God and to attain glory in the coming Kingdom. “If you suffer with Him, you will also Glory with Him 2 Tim 2:12” and “‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. John 15:20 NKJV”. We seek to come to one mind in Christ in obedience as He washes and sanctifies us with His Word regardless of our current or past experiences, world views, beliefs and moral standards so that we may be perfect when He comes back to take His church. “Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. Eph 5:25-27 NKJV”.
